Nithi Vivatrat, Founder

Nithi Vivatrat was co-founder and Managing Partner of Claraview, a strategy and technology consulting firm. Nithi was instrumental in the spin-off of Clarabridge, a separate company whose outside investors include Boulder Ventures, Intersouth Partners, and Grotech Ventures.

In 2007 Claraview’s revenue reached $25 million. In March 2008, Claraview was sold to Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC), the world's largest data warehousing and enterprise analytics company.

Prior to co-founding Claraview, Nithi was the Director of Product Management and Assistant to the President at Strategy.com, a division of MicroStrategy.

Nithi graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he earned a BS in Economics.  Nithi also serves on the Board of Directors for the Project on Government Oversight.


Helena K. Wollard - Principal & CEO

Helena leads company operations. She possesses an undergraduate from Pepperdine University in International Studies and Business and has a Masters degree in Interior Design from The George Washington University.

She has 20 years of corporate sales experience and 14 years of design experience in residential, commercial and the hospitality arenas. Her experience and portfolio span both coasts. She is an ASID allied member.

Helena is a licensed real estate agent, a licensed interior designer, and a resident of Northern Virginia. She specializes in relocation.


Craig Canute, Principal Broker

With over 31 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Craig leads SmithAdams’ brokerage operations. A broker for the past 16 years, Craig was a resident instructor at several realtor associations and schools in the DC metro area.

Craig’s wealth of experience in Virginia, Maryland, and DC, make him a veritable treasure trove of real estate history, geography, and neighborhood characteristics. A Certified Residential Appraiser since 2004, he has completed several hundred appraisals to date.

Craig attended Ohio State University and Florida Atlantic University in South Florida, earning degrees in both Business Management and Marketing.

A Virginia resident, Craig holds broker's licenses in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Maryland, and the District of Columbia.


Virginia  A. Benner, JD -  Realtor

With degrees in architecture and law, Virginia brings the perfect combination of skills to represent buyers and sellers.  Born and raised in Northern Virginia, she’s deeply connected within our local communities and neighborhoods.  Virginia is also a real estate investor and a licensed Realtor since 2003.  Previously, she worked for a national construction company, design and architecture firms, and served as an owners' representative for large-scale commercial construction and government entities.

Virginia received a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech, and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University.
