The 5-steps to buying a home:

Step 3: Engagement. Decide on relationship terms and co-sign an agreement letter.
Step 4: Kick Off. Get expert guidance from your personal consultant at SmithAdams.
Step 5: Transaction. Find your perfect property and close the deal.

Fees

SmithAdams will invoice you for services delivered. We provide detailed records on work completed, time spent, and by whom. You only pay for work performed.

Fees are capped at 3% of the final transaction price.  This way, you will never pay more using FlexChoice than with the CornerStone model for the same scope of work.

In many cases, you’ll pay less with FlexChoice, by taking a more active role in the home buying process.
