How FlexChoice Works for Buyers

SmithAdams FlexChoice fits all types of buyers -–Savvy investors, first-time homebuyers––even those with a specific property in mind.

The 5-steps to buying a home:

Step 1:  Consultation. Contact us to schedule an initial free consultation.
Step 2: Selection. Choose FlexChoice for your home purchase.
Step 3: Engagement. Decide on relationship terms and co-sign an agreement letter.
Step 4: Kick Off. Get expert guidance from your personal consultant at SmithAdams.
Step 5: Transaction. Find your perfect property and close the deal.

Fees

SmithAdams will invoice you monthly for services delivered in the previous month. We provide detailed records on work completed, time spent, and by whom. You only pay for work performed.

Fees are capped at 3% of the final transaction price.  This way, you will never pay more using FlexChoice than with the CornerStone model for the same scope of work.

When the deal closes, you’ll receive 100% of the buyer’s-side commission as a rebate.

In many cases, you’ll pay less with FlexChoice, by taking a more active role in the home buying process.
